Got their "service" for dialysis. The guaranteed the system would piece of work. Information technology'south been a year now and it has never worked the way they said information technology would. Made NUMEROUS calls to the role and get ignored. Never came out to see what was wrong but kept calling and calling and calling to remind account was due (autopay so that was wasted call). FINALLY a lady comes out and says we will switch tanks and adapt your account and yous'll save money... Months went by and cypher, finally a guy came out to switch tanks. Correct away he told my wife that this organisation would take NEVER worked for what we needed considering the Culligan Install guy plumbed it all wrong. Got in new tank, Beak NEVER WAS ADJUSTED. Still has the egg odour they said would go away. No answers, but got Another withdraw from account this morning and still same price. $100 a month for a year on something that has never worked correct and they don't care.

I needed my Culligan water softener medium refurbished. Culligan took my unit to the shop to do re repair. After two weeks I hadn't heard from them so I called to find out status. They had no thought what I was talking virtually and knew nothing virtually my repair or if they fifty-fifty had my unit. After a day they plant information technology and said they would come out that day to reinstall my unit. I waited all 24-hour interval for them and they never showed upwardly so before closing time I called the Sacramento office and was told they couldn't brand. They didn't requite me a new engagement and now they will non even return my calls.

The plumber was the sorriest alibi for a professional on the planet globe. Six months into owning our softener, it started to leak. I put up with the occasional leak. I chosen a year into ownership, and got a service call. The plumber was the sorriest excuse for a professional person on the planet earth. He claimed the tank needed replacing at hundreds of dollars every bit the threads on the acme were ruined by our house pressure. He claimed the pressure at our house spiked at 120 psi and it ruined our regulator, and the force per unit area had somehow stripped the plastic threads on the conditioner.
Fact. I had the city examination the pressure in the neighborhood. 88 psi. Fact. I had them test it at my house. 88 psi, Fact, I bought a tester and tested information technology…Yous guessed it, 88 psi. Fact. The Culligan website lists the softeners certified to work between 20- 125 psi. Fact. I lowered the water regulator pressure to 40, and the leak stopped. Fact, I replaced the rubber seal at the top and re tightened the softener head. Fact, at 50 psi, the unit does not leak leak, at 70 it does. It leaks past the upper rubber seal. This is a blueprint flaw. No harm to the unit from pressure, information technology's a flaw.
To elevation it off, the tech put new salt in our unit by request. The bags are stored on the back of a dirty truck. He opened dingy bags over our unit, introducing clay and mold spores into our common salt container. It was clean before he arrived. Full of dirt after his deviation. How incredibly unprofessional. So either one of 2 conditions exist.
1. Culligan is AWARE and part of the scam to coerce customers into needlessly buying new units due to "over pressure level" which Isn't the case.
2. They use unethical and or shitty plumbers to do their piece of work.
To top it off. I got charged 180$ for this dazzling display of unprofessional behavior. Fortunately I am mechanically inclined and caught this ** assessment. I pity the elderly on a limited income, or the mechanically un-inclined, who volition fall casualty to this scam. I'k inclined to get a news aqueduct to do some investigative reporting on culligan. Avoid culligan at all costs.

I got RO organisation from Culligan, where salesman overcharged me for the terrible system. He said the installation volition be complimentary but I was charged actress for it. After the installation, they don't intendance about the complaints. they never respond e-mail for two weeks. Finally when I asked them to remove information technology they left my fridge waterline unconnected. Their products are 3 times expensive from their competitor. I yet accept their water rental softener which I will remove it subsequently the term. No more than overrated, overpriced stuff from Culligan e'er.

Please exercise not use Culligan. They deceived and lied to me and told me if I sold my house that I would non have any penalties if the new owner signed up. So I made information technology part of my home sale and at present Culligan are making me pay an extra month plus a $450 accuse even though I accept the new owners who want to take over the service. I specifically asked about this before I signed up and was bodacious it would exist ok to move without penalty. When I called in the most awful adult female spoke to me and threatened me about it too. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I attempted to make v appointments with this company. Each time they scheduled an appointment and then they canceled for all kinds of excuses. I spent $11,000 on the organisation and when I tried to change the filters for the very kickoff time the system would not reset itself. I called Culligan, spent an hour on the phone and they told me it would exist a huge service fee in order to detect out why this new organisation would not reset itself. I would never recommend this company. They are outrageously expensive and very hard to deal with.

Put a system outside my home, system they put there was the wrong system for my issue. Regional sales director said it was the wrong organisation himself just reject to remove it because I won't spend nine,000 on the one he says volition piece of work. I asked him to remove the system because it is not solving the result. He yelled, "We Are Not Moving It!" I'thousand not paying for something I don't need!

Great experience from get-go to terminate. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ensure to answer all my questions and explained the entire process. Installation staff were extremely professional and courteous. They ensure to make clean up after they completed the installation and asked me if I have whatever questions or concerns. Well-nigh companies do not follow up later on they sell you something, but their salesperson sure does call y'all. He asked me if I was satisfied with the arrangement and fifty-fifty told me to call him directly if any issues arise. Extremely satisfied with the system and the professionalism of their staff.
